*Regular check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is noon.
*A $50 non-refundable deposit is required.
*Valid credit card is required to hold your reservation.
*Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express accepted.
*10-day notice required to cancel.
*No refunds for early departure.
*All holiday reservations require a minimum three-night stay. All other reservations require a
minimum 2-night stay.
*Your credit card will be charged for the full reservation amount Ten (10) to Seven (7) days prior
to check in. If cash payment is used, arrangements must be made at time of reservation.
*Cancellation policy - cancellations made less than 10 days before arrival will be charged a

and will be charged for full stay.
*No pets allowed, failure to comply will be a $100 charge.
*No smoking inside, failure to comply will be a $100 charge.
*Inclement weather does not constitute a valid cancellation.
*Black Bear Cabins/Broken Bow Lake Luxury Cabins can not be held liable for any accidents or
losses incurred during your stay.
*Renter/Cardholder is responsible for damages and/or misuse of the property and its contents
by all guests during their reservation period and acknowledges such actions will result in
